Every year we have that one regular season game, that one game that makes us Chiefs fans feel like we are top of the world. A game that gets and image put up in the top right of the banner. That yearly regularly season game that we cherish as OUR SUPERBOWL!!!!

Like @ Denver last year, NE at Arrowhead a couple of years ago as examples. What you say you regular season warriors? Who's your Superbowl game this year?

I wonder how good the cahnces are we end up playing on Thanksgiving at Dallas. It's been over twenty years since that's happened, so I vote that if it does get scheduled.

Pittsburgh is usually a good match and revenge is needed.

Fuck that.

I don't watch Chiefs with family....anymore. I vaguely remember that game. Chiefs lost but came out swinging.

I only see maybe 8 or 9 wins from that schedule. Unless Alex plays better we will likely miss the playoffs this year.

If that happens, you can stay with me. Although, we are a boring family.

I looked at this and thought the sched was out. Then I saw date TBD. ugh.

I going with the Steelers in Arrowhead. We will "avenge" our playoff loss with an emotional win over the team that ended our Super Bowl hopes last year. The game will give the Chiefs a tiebreaker against the Steelers ultimately setting up a rematch in the playoffs where the Chiefs will host the Steelers once again and lose at home for our annual one-and-done appearance. Sounds about right, eh?

Great concept for a poll, but it's hard for me to answer without knowing the week by week schedule. Because I think it'll happen around Week 10 against a strong team.

Season opener we crush New England. Alex shreds their D, then signs five year extension. Insert TrueFan.gif

I guess we can update the OP when the scheduled dates are released?

Every regular season game is a Super Bowl when Alex Smith is your QB.

"WE GOT REVENGE!!!!"

For another embarrassing playoff loss. In the regular season.

Because Chiefs.

This one is more predictable than fans loving them some white runningbacks.

Dallas will be my personal Super Bowl. Hate seeing them win any game much less against the Chiefs.

Every regular season game is a Super Bowl when Alex Smith is your QB.

By the way, I'm only half kidding.

The Chiefs will lose two or more consecutive games somewhere in the early season. They'll be up against the ropes.

Then a team like Buffalo will come to town. Alex will throw for 120 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT. Offense will only be able to put up field goals. We'll get enough points through a Tyreek Hill punt return TD and a weird fucking play like a Bennie Logan pick 6. Chiefs win by 1-2 points by kicking a go-ahead field goal late in the 3rd quarter, and let their defense fester and almost blow it for an entire 4th quarter. But they'll pull it out their butts.

Andy Reid will thump his chest and talk about what a brave and hard-fought victory it was. "Those kind of games" are crucial. Alex will talk about team effort in his share of the press conference and how the team is "back on track." Eric Berry will also answer questions to the media, but he will hide his frustration as he grimaces when he talks about, "We all have to do a better job, it's one game at a time now... etc..."
