Apparently it's 20. The Pirates beat the Boston Braves 2-0 in 21 innings in 1918. Both teams were scoreless through 20.

What a waste of pitching. The other shoe is going to drop soon, and when it does, if the offense isn't better this team could have a really bad two week stretch of winning just a couple games that they would struggle to overcome.

There's zero chance the starting pitching is going to continue to pitch this well. It's just impossible.

That said, there's also zero chance the offense is going to continue to be this bad. They may still end up near the bottom of the rankings, but even at their worst Hosmer and Gordon aren't .500 OPS guys.
