Thought it was an interesting look into what goes on. Plus the Broncos lost out.

Cool clip.. interesting to see the drama behind the story. Sucks they missed out on him, but they gave it a shot. Jax has some nice players on defense, so we'll see if they can solve the offensive riddle.

**** that. I'm damned glad the Donkey didn't get Campbell to sign in Denver. That would be a fucking nightmare combined with Miller and that secondary.

He had 6 tackles and 4 sacks in his first game as a Jaguar. (Granted it was vs the Texans).

I'll love to see Bennie Logan if they had one of him.

Can't fault the guy for taking the money. I just hope he doesn't spend it all a couple years after leaving the NFL.

Would have been a great get for John. Could have used him with Ware retired.

Just shows that John has a great plan, targets great guys and sticks with it.

It was CLEARLY the right choice.

In other news, Dontari Poe played 65% of the snaps for the Falcons and came up with zero stats. Didn't even make a tackle.

Bennie Logan > Dontari Poe so far.

No shit.

You gotta think that if they're in the room with him and watching him beat himself up like that, they come up with a few extra bucks to make it happen.

I can't imagine they knew just how close they were to pulling that off.

I really do hate Condon.

You could almost hear him saying "Wait...what the fuck do you mean, gimme a minute?"

He was not pleased that he got Jacksonville to where Campbell said they needed to be for a yes and Campbell was still waffling. That kind of thing would've greatly hurt his credibility with organizations in the future.

If you tell a team "get me to X dollars and we sign" because that's what your client told you and then when they get to X dollars and the guy flakes...man, you look like shit.

I actually thought Condon did a great job there building a market and ultimately just about had to eat some shit with the Jags.

Bennie Logan > Dontari Poe so far.I think that Poe's back is screwed. He seems afraid to really push with leverage, could be out of the league soon. He's on a 1-year prove it deal, this is the best effort you are ever going to see from him.

I think that Poe's back is just screwed. He seem to be afraid to really push with leverage anymore. He could be out of the league soon. He's on a 1-year prove it deal, this is the best effort you are ever going to see from him.

I agree. It was the right move to let him walk.

I agree. It was the right move to let him walk.Howard too who has a serious hip issue. We had to move on from both. I really wanted to keep Jaye Howard, too bad.

Seems like a great guy. I think I would have taken my favorite team in that spot but it's easy to say that looking in.
