Tony Moeaki shakes his head wherever he is:

Cleveland Browns left tackle Joe Thomas stretched his consecutive snaps streak past 10,000 during a 24-10 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. Thomas has never missed a snap in his decade-long career, which is truly remarkable given just how many injuries happen each and every week in the NFL.

In the past I'd be wowed by his dedication. Now with CTE headlines, Not so much. Still, a surefire HOFer

The Cal Ripken of football.

He also deserves the "Martyr of the Century Award" for doing it with the Cleveland Browns!

Hopefully he'll get to play with a team soon that isn't a complete dumpster fire.

That's a good point.

Playing for such a hopeless team makes his dedication even more noteworthy.

Maybe it just feels like 10,000 consecutive snaps.

Read Peter kings mmqb today. This is incredible in so many ways.

That means if his shoe fell off. Or they were losing in a blowout, which is every week. He stayed in.

Played through 2 mcl injuries and 1 lcl injury.

This is an insane accomplishment. I'm also surprised, however, that nobody in the media seems to remember that he's still short of Casey wiegmanns record of 11,002.

On one hand you ask "Why would he do that???" Then you read his contract:

Spotrac has him at $119,850,000 for his career, not counting his pending 2018 year of his contract, which if I'm correct would put him at $11,985 per snap for his career up until now.

Imagine going to work every day without missing a single minute while the surrounding staff from the company owner and management down are complete jokes.

Ah, I was wondering what the record was.
