I used to rent to a guy who was a pilot. Fresh out of school, worked for a small company flying as a co-pilot or associate pilot or something. He ended up getting fired because he admitted he had a drink. To his credit he took himself off the crew for the flight, and admitted he had not yet recovered fully. He's probably the guy who almost hit my car the other day crop dusting over I-29.

IT WAS AMAZING. It was far better than any roller coaster I'd been on. It was a little dinky plane, but my god that was fun. I'd really recommend it to anyone that has a chance.

It was a cold day in February when that happened. I remember your dad calling saying hey get up here for this.


I couldn't land that tail wheel on the runway at Scott City. But could land it easily at Buehler international.

What a memorable experience.

Now the Jodel flights. LOL. How that plane got your dad and I off the ground. ROFL. That was so awesome.

Heh, there was a guy around here that was a crazy cowboy as well that got into a bit of trouble with his plane adventures.

Crazy cowboy and another guy decided it would be a good idea grab a case of beer followed up with doing some bar hopping with his plane. They landed on the main streets of several small towns around here, followed up with running in for a quick cocktail.

After finishing the drink and taking a quick piss, they would take off and fly to the next small town to do the same thing.

Meanwhile, the local sheriff and several of his deputies were in hot pursuit trying to catch up to them. They managed to elude the long arm of the law for most of the day, but were finally caught and hauled off to jail. He must of had one hell of a lawyer, because he was flying again a couple months after the incident.
