Smith for a 1st?

Only the Vikings could draft a 1st round QB, watch him sustain a (possibly) career-ending knee injury, trade another 1st round pick for another QB, and then watch him sustain a career-ending knee injury as well.

I'll always remember all those times that Sam did those things...man, what a career.

If Smith keeps playing like is now he's worth more than a 1st.

I'll always remember Rams Fan's thread, "I was right about Sam Bradford"

EDIT: I was wrong. The thread was about Jimmy Clausen

Guy was made of glass in college, played with ungodly skill position talent and behind an all-world offensive line, and never had to make any difficult throws or reads.

Stunning that he was a dink and dunk, injury-prone QB in the pros.

I just don't recall this, but it sounds like it could be a very nice thread.

No. The Texans gave up a second to get rid of Ossweiller and his cap hit.

My bad. He said he was right about Jimmy Clausen. Which... okay. Good for him. Was he also right about Brandon Weeden?

7 years later and I'm still fucking right about Jimmy Clausen.

But Bradford... :'(

I'll understand if you're sick of answering this question, but I'm wondering where you stand as a fan of a team that relocated. A ton of San Diego fans have disowned the Chargers, but I'm wondering about where you see yourself.

Completely disinterested in the NFL.

The only full game I have watched since the relocation is the Super Bowl.

So we can now add the Vikings as a possible 2018 desitination for Alex Smith along with

Jags
Jets
Bills

In a crazy way this could be good for the Vikes *IF* Bridgewater is healthy. I feel like they would always start Bradford if healthy, but Bridgewater has much more upside. Bradford is a polished turd.
