Matt Nagy will be on the short list of candidates.

I said this early in the season, but Nagy will NOT be in KC next year.

Don't short change how much he's helped. Andy calls the plays, but he's the guy who creates the gameplan each week. KC took a step back with Childress replacing Pederson last year, and I complained (I freaking can't stand Brad Childress... boring uninventive asshat) all season about how dull the offense was. I have to think the creativity suddenly showing up this year is all about Nagy.

I don't want to lose him. :(
