This assumes that we're counting by days instead of years. It makes more sense to do it this way.

I am celebrating at the drivers license renewal office.

Of course. It wouldn't be my 20,000th birthday if I didn't.

I adjusted for that. Also for the switch from the Julian calendar.

Not sure if that's in warranty.

I'm 157 days older than you......youngster. I remember my 20,000th like it was just a few months ago. Good times.
Glad I've grown up since then. My 19,000's were some wild times.

I meant no offense. But rather sought to be a righteous dude.

All good just busting your chops. When you think in terms of 20k plus days you have to think you are lucky to have had as many I guess. Kind of makes you appreciate time accumulated more.

If you prefer, I can announce that I am 1,428.571 fortnights old. But that somehow seems less special.

20 kilodays sounds sound special and kind of young.

That really does sound like the ages that people would use on interstellar space stations. I may use that from now on.

In other news, I reprogrammed the song on my doorbell in honor of my 20K birthday. It was rather difficult because unbeknownst to me, the batteries had died and corroded the contacts. So it took some work up on the stepladder to get it working again. But I found a great ten-second clip of Pete Townsend singing, "Let My Love Open The Door".

Did you account for the fact that the first seven days after creation were likely inordinately long?
