i would bet if Smith goes down at Arrowhead, there would be cheers.

I heard Eric Reid and the Bama LB were pissed about this.

My question is why were they cheering an injury for a rookie QB (Who has actually done a very solid job for a mid round rookie)?

I don't care for CJ, but I think he deserves time to try to grow. You don't cheer an injury for a rookie.

Matt Cassel's stupid veteran ass though, I'd drop an elbow from the stands onto a torn ACL.

Suttle cheers, yes. We'd break the noise record again as he walked off the field.

The fans were told they were stupid to expect that Garappolo might play. Shanahan an arrogant POS. I could see how this happens. Beathard is a nobody.

9ers want to tank rest of the season for top of the draft picks. Not that they need a Quarterback but they can make a trade partner and control the draft.

I wouldn't cheer an injury like that, but I do understand the frustration they feel when you give up a 2nd round pick for "the guy" only to not play him. Makes no sense.

If Beathard plays well in losses that gives them better draft position and makes Beathard trade bait

Don't understand the love affair with Garappolo. He is less proven than Matt Cassel

I hope he pulls a hammy or something non career or long term health threatening.

Yeah, that's where I'm at. Maybe we can get a dislocated finger on his throwing hand or something...just anything to force him off the field for a little bit. Hell, maybe even a stomach bug would do the trick.

He's saying that Cassel at least started for the majority of a season and showed a little something before the trade winds caught fire...at look at how bad he turned out to be.

That's just terrible. I, for one, would never do anything like that. Just doesn't sound like me.

I guarantee you if we had a home game and Alex was down on the turf...and Mahomes started getting loose and then ran into the field, Arrowhead would errupt in cheers too.

People wouldnt be cheering the injury, just for the player that was coming into the game.
