Haven’t been to a game since 2002. Where’s the best place to get tickets to Saturday’s game, where is the best place/sites to sit and what local hotels should we steer towards. What else should I know?

Comments about staying in a dumpster, “go fuck yourself”, “there’s already 100 threads on this” and more are always welcome. I might respond with “i’ll just stay in your mom’s vagina” so beware. Brother would take his kids too. Need 5 tickets, can split into 2 groups.

If it's a nice dumpster you're looking for, I'd recommend the one behind Jack's Stack on 95th and Metcalf. Not only will it provide protection from the weather and Leawood yuppies, but you'll get the free scraps that the restaurant throws out.

The safest way these days is just through Ticketmaster. If normal tickets aren't available, they have a fan exchange where you can buy them off of other people who can't go.

StubHub is usually fine, but it's more like 95% chance you'll be fine rather than 100%.

I probably wouldn't consider anything outside of those two these days. Too much of a chance you'll get to the gate with a ticket that won't work.

You don't have to pay for the tickets if you've got a poor sense of smell and no gag reflex. Truck stop off Front Rd on 435 early Sat afternoon. I'll be in the big blue Mack.

I would add Tickets for Less (https://www.ticketsforless.com/events/nflfootball-tickets/kansascitychiefsvslosangeleschargers-2017-12-16192500) to that list. The price you see is the price you pay. No add on fees period. My wife and I have used them for several events and always been satisfied.

I'll never use StubHub again. Their fees are ridiculous.

Do Chiefs tickets ( singles) normally sellout fast?

The best place to sit is on your king sofa. It's free.

Depends on the game. Compared to a lot of teams, though...not really.

NFL ticket exchange charges a fee, but the tickets are all legit.

www.tickets4less.com has been pretty good lately. No fees. Local KC company. I've used them quite a bit and have been very happy.

I've used them for Royals tickets many times and they've always been great.

Got tickets to the playoff game. First time i’ll be at a game since 2002, we won that game 49-0. Who has tail gating? Let’s meet up.

I've got my four season tix in section 313, row 2. I'll let them go for whatever the Chiefs bill me. I'll be sitting with a buddy in much more expensive seats for this one game. Here's a couple pics from my seat.

Anywhere to buy tickets on here? My brother died from Glioblastoma Brain Cancer 4 years ago. He was 54 but had 7 grandsons. I am taking them each to a Chiefs game when they get to the 8th grade and will spend the drive from Des Moines sharing stories about my brother. My second oldest is in 8th grade and I will take him this fall. I am not looking for a freebie or a gift and would pay a fair market price for tickets. I just don't want to pay stub hub fees or trust someone on craigslist... Thanks!

These days, just buy through Ticketmaster. They allow people to list resale tickets on there along with first-purchase tickets. You'll pay some fees, but the tradeoff is that you're 100% guaranteed they'll work when you get there.

Ticketsforless's prices are jacked up to negate those fees. Tickets on stubhub 100 before fees, 120 after. Ticketsforless price is 120 total. Same thing.
