From the Chiefs point of view, poaching their FO might create some ill will. Not sure how much ill will Dorsey still has. Only he can answer that. But I think Dorsey knows the Chiefs players better than players from other teams. And he would probably deal for a player he knows and covets. Hopefully the Chiefs stay focused on "business" and don't limit their options based on any potential hurt feelings from getting scouts poached by Dorsey.
