I had baked spaghetti for the first time this week, and holy chefboyardee. How did I not know about this? I don't even really know what it is, but I want it forever.

I haven't discovered a great new food in ages. I'm ecstatic.

You have to make spaghetti and then bake it.

We were in Little Rock last fall and had supper at a place that served a dish (I can't remember what they called it) that was lasagna with spaghetti instead of regular noodles. I wasn't impressed.

Was about to post something 99% like this, marrying flavors together in the oven is always a good idea

Never had one that was an improvement over regular spaghetti or a pasta more suited for baking, but I’m still open to try.

You know how a big batch of tomato sauce for spaghetti or whatever gets better after a night or two in the fridge?

I'm pretty well convinced that some time in the oven speeds that process up

Yeah, I don’t really like leftover pasta, so that maybe it.

Lasagna is quite tasty, but I've had lasagna for decades. Baked spaghetti is an entirely new experience. It's like discovering a secret passage under my house or something.

I’d definitely sample your baked spaghetti before writing it off.

Halo extraction is scheduled for 1/29 @ 8:30am. Not that I’m counting it down, lol.

Pretty much. Pot luck suppers, church suppers, office holiday parties .... jeez, how could any postwar American not have stumbled across this?

I went to Sloppy Joe schools. My childhood was somewhat traumatic.

You either had an out of this world baked spaghetti, or the lasagna you're eating hasn't been up to snuff. Something is wrong here.

I got a pizza a while back, and one of their toppings options was cream cheese. My curiosity piqued, I ordered it.

It was amazing. I want cream cheese topping on all of my pizzas now. Unfortunately I can't order it from the original place for a while because one of their delivery drivers almost hit me while I was walking through an intersection, so I'm boycotting them for three months.

Cream cheese on pizza?

Then you had a bagel, not a pizza

It was incredible. My wife and I both had it, and looked at each other with awestruck eyes as soon as we tried it.

One of our local pizza joints has one with a cream cheese and ranch sauce topped with buffalo chicken and mozzarella. It is without question the best damn pizza I have ever had in my life. I'm pretty sure it's about 8,000 calories a slice though, but totally worth it.

Pictures of cream cheese pizza, naked wife, (slathered in CC, and reckless delivery drivers or "Bullshit".... Penn and Teller style.

Take a slice of baked spaghetti and put it on a garlic bread roll. Baked spaghetti sandwich = heaven.

Yea that’s basically what we make. Good stuff. We use cottage cheese in our lasagna instead of ricotta. I hate ricotta!
