If this would have been a thread about Reid’s beef Wellington recipe, I guarantee you would have posted something along the lines of: “I had beef Wellington for dinner. I got the meat from my friend who’s a butcher. I paid twice what it’s worth, but the nearest grocery store is an hour away.”
