The funny thing is, a few folks here about 10 days ago were lamenting how GMDM would handle the deadline if the Royals are within a few games of anything. Bahaahah. Those folk must have forgotten our rotation. A pretty good Junis, an improving but a ways to go Skoglund, the ghost of Duffy, and 2 slabs of hot garbage. No way this team is within 10 games of any anything by July.

It's not Kennedy's fault the MLB cheated and juiced the ball. Had the Royals anticipated the HR rate would go up 25% and they would have to endure this juiced ball climate they would have never signed Ian Kennedy. Once someone can prove they knowingly juiced the ball, or either were grossly negligent about it and continued to let it slid, I'm telling you there could be some lawsuits.

If you are going to make the ball fly further, and you want it to because it will drive ratings and more dingers. Fine. But tell teams that, and tell them it will go in effect on a certain date so they can plan accordingly.
