Odds are pretty high he gets traded.. Unlike last year, we can't get any draft picks for losing him in free agency, so if we want to get something back we'd have to trade him. And there seems to be a pretty strong belief he didn't want to sign back here in the first place.

Only catch is the demand for him might not be crazy high. It's hard to find anybody who may need a 3B except the Braves, and they have an elite prospect at AAA. They are having a great season and could decide to go for it though. Not sure any of the contenders in the AL really need a DH at this point.

Braves have Camargo over at 3B at the moment but he is an inconsistent hitter despite his game winning HR the other day. I don't expect him to be anything more than a utility infielder.

Flaherty is clearly the better option at 3B for them but Moose could make ATL serious contenders.

Atlanta tried out Joey Bats at third and that did not go over well at all. I hope his career ends in the Honduran summer leagues desperately trying to cash in that last few seconds of fame.

Moose has a much better OPS than Cozart... Maybe the Angels trade for him??
