Ok ... that's fine. This "immovable object" has played three trash teams (lost to one) and one team with no wide receivers. Meanwhile, the "irresistible force" has played three tough-as-a-desert-whore teams on the road and set offensive records on the way. It is my opinion that some people don't really comprehend the true meaning of the term, "irresistible".

OK ... the preamble having been completed ... now for the customary poetactic device ... uh ... let's see ...

I'm watching last week's game for a 3rd time. I have a theory - our defense really doesn't look that slow. And I've seen Chiefs Ds that were clearly overmatched in team speed. The play Scandrick made on Sanders was top notch and super athletic. Everywhere else guys are flying around. When we fuck up it always seems to be a mistake vs. just getting burnt.

I think this is a young D still trying to find their way and may gel in the second half of the season. Will they be top 5? No. But I think they may be able to ascend to top half - which makes us a favorite to make the superbowl.
