I enjoy their takes and they both have a good sense of humor. I came around during Fax's hiatus I guess. In the brief time I've been here I can honestly say from one Chiefs fan to another that I'm glad you're back.

Tbh I feel like there needs to be a glossary of player/coach nicknames that FAX uses in his posts. I get who Wally is but I get lost on the other ones sometimes.

I'm just a loser here on CP, much like real life. But I like this place a lot. Rain Man is freaking hilarious. I'm really glad FAX is back; he's funny and positive. That's all I got.

I’ve posted this before, but Rain Man’s write-up on Dwayne Bowe in the “Rankings of Chiefs 1st Round Draft Picks” post was one of the best posts I’ve ever read on here...maybe THE best.

I like when rainman uses his humor and story telling to describe a situation where he is dealing with an attractive woman. All he needs is an encounter with cleavage and it makes for a great story.

I agree. The return of htismaque did spark something and has been a fresh of breath air. Not sure why there hasn’t been a htismaque thread started since his return.
Funny thing about him. For a long time, his avatar was a pic of that “Turtle Man” from that show where that crazy southern guy who hunts for, traps and tickles the testes of a bunch of snapping turtles he stalks in ponds and what not. Really frightening shit. My #1 fear is undoubtedly snapping turtles...I grew up in the boonies on a horse farm and our pond was always infested with dozens of huge, mean snapping turtles and I witnessed many o’ snapping turtles snapping thick ass branches in half with one bite/snap. The thought of what a snapping turtle may be able to do to my penis if it took a swipe at it was always an unpleasant thought and really put a damper on my mindset when I’d get chicks out there skinny-dipping.
Anyways, for the entire duration that he had that Turtle Man as his profile pic, I hadn’t heard of the Turtle Man... I thought htismaque was one of these rare CP posters who used an actual picture of himself for his avatar. And he used that pic for quite a while. At least over a year. And then one night I was watching TV with my wife...just randomly channel surfing when I saw that Turtle Man on the screen howling/yodeling like he does. My immediate reaction was, “holy shit! That’s htismaque!!!” My wife was like, “huh?!” And it hit me that not only would my wife not know what that meant since she has never visited CP, but that htismaque’s avatar wasn’t a selfie of him holding a turtle, but was a pic of this guy on TV who screeched, howled, yodeled and stalked, trapped and tickled the taints of a bunch of pissed off snapping turtles...that show scared the shit out of me.
But yeah, for the longest time, I thought htismaque’s face literally was that of the smiling mug of that crazy Turtle Man in his profile pic and to this day, when I read a htismaque post, I feel like I am reading it from the voice of that guy...and at the end of every htismaque post, I can’t help, but hear that infamous Turtle Man shriek/howl/yodel thing he does when he catches a snapping turtle.

Rainman is actually funny without a desperate attempt at being noticed...that's the difference. It's a football forum so I expect minimalism to be an ignored trait.
FAX has a bright future as a cult leader...getting enough uneducated suckers to buy into his own ego-feed.
