Dorsey may convince him to go to Cleveland. There's not even a guarantee that the Ravens fire him. Everyone was sure that Hie Jackson, Vance Joseph, and Marvin Lewis we're getting fired last season. They all kept there jobs. Just because it looks like he will get fired means nothing.

They have been hovering near the top of damn near every defensive catergory this year and are 4-5 to show for it. Defenses just don't matter that much anymore. Adequate gets the job done, but you need an elite offense.

Vance is 8–17 in his two years. Still a giant improvement going from a dog turd to a guy who won a SB with Joe Flacco. I'm not shitting my pants over the guy but I'm not jumping with joy over the thought of him and his defenses playing us twice a year.
