Don't understand why there isn't more hype for this fight - and Wilder in general. Boxing really is dying :(

I love boxing compared to MMA - even though I'll watch both.

Why don't judges understand that you don't NEED a draw in order to have a rematch?

A draw isn't too suprising. But a judge having it 115-111 for Wilder is ridiculous. That means he had Wilder winning even without the two knock downs. :shake:

Absolutely. I have no problem with the draw. The one scorecard is just embarrassing though. It's like the guy just sees all the punches thrown and calls it a round for Wilder. Wilder hardly connected the majority of the rounds.
It's just that when he did connect he knocked the dude on his ass,

Fury only landed 13 more punches than Wilder for the entire fight but Wilder threw 103 more punches. Some judges will give close rounds to the guy that was more active and pushing the action. Not at all saying that justifies the scorecard for Wilder but it could explain part of it.

If that were the case Mayweather would have never one a decision. He spent the last 10 years of this career back pedaling.
