Honestly, I only buy the Hyvee/street vendor stuff that has names and player illustrations on it. No one will care about just a basic "2018 such and such Champions" shirt in 20 years, but if there's a list of player names on the back like concert city/dates and maybe like a Mahomes/Kelce/Tyreek illustration on it, that's a keeper.

Division champions shirts don’t move the needle. I’m always happy to add another to the rafters but it feels empty to wear a shirt bragging about it

If KC wins the AFC I’ll wear that shirt. For atleast 2 weeks...

If we win the AFC I'm buying a bunch of shit. SB win and I'll hoard it like you've never seen. Just have to buy a little less for each of the following Championships, right?

Not buying anything that doesn't say "Super Bowl 53" even if "loser" is screen printed across the front of what would have been "Champion's" shirts.

I'll be a proud Chief's fan just to get there, Winning would be better yet I hear "but Chiefs" in the back of my head. It has been 49 years and as much as I wish for it, I just don't feel it.

Not getting my expectations too high after Seahawk's loss.

Super Bowl champs is where you go all out. I did buy a couple Royals "American League champs" things in 14 but winning a pennant is a bigger deal in baseball just because of the history of it. I've never bought a division champions anything.

I have purchased "Champions gear" every year, back to 95, except last year.

Previously I just bought Chiefs sweatshirts and hats. Last year I said after the "forward progress" call that I am not spending another dime on it and it has been hard to break the habit as I have a nice collection.

I get their emails daily though and cheerfully delete them.

I wish there was a black market for the championship gear that gets printed but never used for the teams that lose in the World Series, Super Bowl, etc. I'd love to get my hands on a 2014 Royals shirt like that.

I bought quite a bit for the Royals in 2014 and even more in 2015. On shirts I bought standard playoff shirt and AL champions in 2014, division, AL, and WS in 2015. Plus extras like the pennants and magazines and newspapers to frame.

I never buy AFC West champs stuff partly due to it’s happened a lot but also it’s not as big of an accomplishment. So I’ll probably buy an AFC champion shirt and tons of Super Bowl stuff beyond shirts to fill the basement walls.

Years of treating the Super Bowl as an excuse to throw a party has me viewing the SB as more of an end of season exhibition game. I think it's the week off and general carnival atmosphere as well.

So for me winning the Conference is enormous and I'd get myself a conference championship hoodie or something.

I just don't get the whole championship gear thing. If the Chiefs win a SuperBowl do you really think you or anyone whose opinion you care about will forget it, or do you *really* need a cheesy t-shirt/jersey/jacket/ring/whatever to remember it? Tiny E is right, most championship gear is low-quality/overproduced crap that makes it look like you really don't know how to dress yourself.
