Since this game kicks off before KC, I figured we could get a little discussion drummed up for it. To the tale of the tape:

Saints are more of an unknown for us, but if Mahomes doesn't give the ball away 5 times (which he will NOT do again) we beat the Rams big last time. I'd like to see the Rams again, I think we'd pound them pretty good the 2nd time around.

My brother is a Saints fan, and I don't hate them or Brees as much as some here. I'd rather they choke today than have to face them in the SB. I just feel like Brees is a much better QB than Goff, and it would be a tougher game for us.

But...we need to win today and then we'll kill whoever we face...

Pulling for the Lambs. Don’t wanna face NO in a dome where their offense plays the majority of games. Facing NO in the SB would likely favor the Saints. But in all actuality I don’t care that much. Just beat the Pats and we’ll deal with the rest in 2 weeks!

Not sure why everybody’s favoring NO. Their offense has looked pedestrian for awhile now.

Plus I won’t be surprised if calls go the Rams’ way. A Rams-Chiefs rematch would be a ratings extravaganza.

If you were really riding the "redemption tour" for the Chiefs, you'd want the Rams to win so we could beat them and avenge the 100 point game. But I think the Saints are going to take this, especially in their house.

Kind of feel bad for the St. Louis football fans, Cardinals and Rams. Lost a team in the Cardinals to Arizona to only have them go to the SB. Now the Rams leave, at least they won a SB in St. Louis, but they are playing in the NFCCG and possibly the SB for LA.

I’m from St Louis, and I still say fuck them. They had a team for a short period of time and got to feel a SB win in their short existence. Maybe I’ll have more remorse for them if we win this year. But if not, fuck them lol.

Yea they took their aging QB's who are smart and accurate and decided to just dump it every play.

This is why, IMO, the rules protecting the QB have ruined the game. If you can't evade the rush, you weren't be able to play very long.

But the game hasn't gone long enough for momentum to swing. They've hiccuped a couple times in the EZ, but they haven't discouraged anything from their POV.

Brees will sort it on the sidelines and it'll improve instead of regressing.
