I keep hearing that the starters at the S position right now are The Honeybadger and Sorenson\Lucas.

Why are we not talking about Watts?

Veachy talked about him the other day. Expressed regret that he was coming along nicely then wound up on IR.

My takeaway was that they have plans to let him compete for the active roster on Sundays.

When did he get injured last year? I think it was pretty early in the season, but I thought he had some talent. Of course the DC that shall not be named disagreed.

I’m not sure it’s happening. It’s not like we need the cap space now. Plus who knows if they like any of these rookie safeties over Watts, Lucas or Sorensen.

I think what you mean is you can’t wait till someone is drafted/signed/traded for that’s good enough to move Sorenson to the bench.
