... and are these drafts big enough to impact who wins the AFC West/AFC at all?

As they should have.

That’s what happens when you get rid of Mack and Cooper.

I like the redskins draft. The jets got nasty on defense too.

My work buddy is pretty stoked about the Fins right now

Wilkinson and Dieter are both day one starters bolstering their respective lines

Rosen at least gives them some hope for the future

Flores seems like he has a plan

What the hell kind of name for a linebacker is "Tranquill"?

Not in the AFC, but man did the Seahawks draft suck ass. Worst draft overall IMO.

Bills had the best draft IMO. They just did great all over.

I also absolutely hate saying this...Patriots had a great draft. I hate that they got roughly 5 rock solid players.

I do too. Looked it over, but as it stands now its hard to find much fault.

Raiders had the best draft, but only because they pulled off a fucking steal with that Antonio Brown trade. Otherwise I'd be accounting for losing Cooper and Mack in acquiring those draft picks of theirs. Had they not made that trade or if they had to give up one of their 1sts to the Steelers, I'd be less inclined to rate them the best.

The Chargers got the best value out of their picks, especially the first two with Tillery and Adderly. I know we've got Mahomes, but damn... the Chargers have a really fucking good team.

I guess as far as 2nd round QBs go, Drew Lock isn't the worst. I like him way better as a prospect than Brock Osweiler, another 2nd rounder. Fant was a pretty good pick. Can't really say much more about their draft than that.

Was that better than what the Chiefs did? Hard to say. At the absolute minimum, Hardman gives us a dynamic kick returner, so I think that's a hit. And Thornhill was an amazing 2nd.

I'll assume Elway was drunk like he normally is and made some bad picks later on. I'll rate the drafts:

1. Raiders
2. Chargers
3. Chiefs
4. Donks

Also, how many fucking RBs to the Bears need? They had 5 draft picks and took 3 RBs in what was thought to be a somewhat weak RB class?

What the flying fuck?

What the flying ****?

They clearly don't want Trubisky throwing the ball much. Can't say I blame them.

Division:

1. Raiders

Had a monster draft. Every pick the Raiders made was rock solid in my opinion except for Bell in the 7th. The rest of that draf though, damned good.

2. Broncos

They had a really good draft, lets not kid ourselves. Fant is a monster. Risner is outstanding. Lock was a steal in the 2nd. Jones and Hollins can put pressure on the QB.

3. Chiefs

WIth the exception of Fenton, I think KC got solid players. I'm not real high on the Hardman pick but hope he pans out. Love Thornhill and Saunders as players.

4. Chargers

Those top 3 picks are players. Not too high on the rest.

The rest...

Bills

Solid. Oliver, Ford, Singletary all look to be future studs and Knox, Joseph, and Johnson could end up future starters.

Jaguars

Great draft, maybe my top one. Allen, Taylor, Oliver, Armstead, and Russell were steals at the spots they got them at in my opinion. I had Taylor pegged as the best OT and a top 10 pick

Browns

Definitely good. I thought they reached for Takitaki but they got great deals on Williams, Redwine, and Wilson.

Patriots

I'm not a huge fan of Williams, but they pretty well knocked the rest of that draft out of the park. Winovich, Harris, and Cajuste iin the 3rd should have been illegal, not to mention Froholdt and Stidham in the 4th. Harry I think was the 2nd best receiver in the draft after AJ Brown.

Redskins

They stole Haskins and Sweat. McLaurin should be solid. Love, if he's healthy, is Jamal Charles 2.0. That draft could be special for them.

Giants

Say whatever you want about Daniel Jones, but they were takign him at some point. The rest of that draft was simply amazing. Lawrence, Baker, Ximines, and Love... I was high on all of them. I like Connelly. Slayton and Ballentine are potential steals.

Vikings

Bradbury and Samia are gonna help that line and Smith and Mattison are stud skill players. Cam Smith, Watts, and Boyd could end up good players. I wouldn't sleep on the WRs they took in the 7th either.

Packers

They took Savage alot higher than I anticipated but their top 5 picks were nails and I like Dexter Williams to boot. Hollman could end up a surprise.

Cardinals

This draft has the potential to turn their fortunes. I like their top 6 picks and Gaillard.

Everybody had a good draft "on paper". We'll see what translates to the field in due time. Poor Joe Flacco will go through the same ordeal Orton did when Tebow was drafted having Lock's name being chanted every time Flacco throws a pick or does not convert on 3rd down, I can't wait.:D

Just my initial gut read on Lock's personality and demeanor IMHO Lock doesn't seem to me to have much "fire in the belly" to be a student of the game let alone passion for the game. He is okay with losing it seems. It is good enough for him that he is now an NFL QB whether he is successful or not. I very well could be wrong on this but that is my take FWIW.

Chiefs get a potential DPOY in Clark for their 1st pick and nailed the rest of the picks.

The reigning AFC West Champs got even tougher.

Maybe the Faiders had a good draft but never underestimate their uncanny ability to fuck up good talent. Is it any surprise Amari Cooper gets traded and immediately becomes a stud for the Cowgirls.

Chargers, Chiefs, Raiders all did some nice things.

Broncos had a horrible start.

Fant, Lock, Risner.

Thought in the NFC the Saints drafted well. Panthers really impressed me.
