Well, I'm no expert on these things, but my understanding was that eating any kind of meat with cheese/milk is a Jewish no no. I guess I could have asked about a bacon cheeseburger to cover all the bases.

He's not a Schmuck. The meat being ground has to be Kosher and from the front quarters only.

The word kosher is usually translated as "proper." Certain foods, notably pork and shellfish, are forbidden; meat and dairy may not be combined and meat must be ritually slaughtered and salted to remove all traces of blood.

Backstory though - Back in 2012 or so - I donated a bunch of pillows and blankets that were nice to this homeless guy that wheeled a shopping cart around, in the dead of winter. I also gave him a $50 QT gift card. J.R. said I did it to make up for some horrible things I did in the past and that I did it to feel better about them. or something like that. We've since, made up.
