I've now lived in 10 states including this move. We left Denver and $1,600 a month for rent and opted for 10 acres in exactly butt fuck nowhere Missouri (about an hour NE of KC).

Anyhow, getting moved in and really am rather excited. Chickens, goats, and bees are in our future but for more i want to focus on learning to graft my trees successfully.

Anyhow... we bought this little arrow shaped place

This place is a fruit tree nursery. This is a lot of fruit trees that were grafted and placed all over to be sold.

We sold my WRX to buy this place so I needed a new ride. This is my 1993 Buick Lesabre. She looks like shit from the outside but she runs real well. $400

That is pretty awesome. I'm really jealous of the land, orchards and gardens. You're living the dream.

How soon will you have the Chiefs arrowhead painted on that end of the house?

Very cool. Wish I could talk my wife into something like that. Get back to my roots. Buddy of mine has 5 acres up in Kearney.

Jealous.

Great rigs.

Old people snatch them up all the time. I've sold at least 3 this year.

For some reason that video won't play but I get good money out of them.

Younger people come look at them and hear the price and act like im crazy. Older people buy them from me and drive them for years problem free.

Thanks! It isn't as bad as other places I've lived but it is definitely a touch muggy.

I'll admit that I was a bit overwhelmed as I lay in the grass soaking all the stars in. A heavy duty telescope is in our future.

That is pretty awesome. I'm really jealous of the land, orchards and gardens. You're living the dream.

Indeed... and thanks. I sat on my porch today cleaning up my computer and simply could not believe that I live here.

I would have kept the WRX and moved to Cheyenne.

I tried to buy land/home in Colorado but unfortunately anyone who would have left me the inheritance needed to buy land out there is still alive. Had to do this on our own.

Very cool. Wish I could talk my wife into something like that. Get back to my roots. Buddy of mine has 5 acres up in Kearney.

Jealous.

Took me 12 years to talk my wife into this. Keep at it man... she might come around like mine did. 🤣😂

I feel like I got a fucking steal for $400.

I used to work for stuppy greenhouse many many moons ago. They make a good greenhouse. And yes, that is the family name.

That is really good to know! They are local to KC/Midwest? The man I bought the place from couldn't say enough good things about it.

The warehouse is in North Kansas City Missouri. It takes up an entire city block and has a railyard running through the back of it. If you ever need replacement parts you can go there directly and pick them up or have them shipped out.
Give them a call and pick up a free catalog.
