When everyone wanted to fire Sutton, I said nah..it had to be bigger than that. Sutton, the assistants, and the team itself. A total culture make-over.

One thing I love is that KC didn't half ass it. They didn't try to just replace the DC with a guy who ran a similar system for continuity's sake and try and make use of the stars. Nope. They said *flush*

It had to happen. Too much 'here we go again' when things went bad. You could see in the players' body language. They could play well if things went great from the start (like the Colts game for example), but the defense simply could not handle any kind of adversity. When an offense got momentum, they could never stop it. They couldn't circle the wagons.

I really hope these guys can bring a new attitude. No matter how things turn out, a total and complete culture change was the right move.

Its all about attitude.

When Berry and Houston where in their primes we had it on the defensive side of the ball, but frankly we didn't have much around them. This team is different, I think it has quality depth and the additions of Frank Clark and Tyrann Mathieu is huge.

I think this D line is going to wreck shit. Can't wait to see it happen.
