Happiness is not time consuming.

But more literally, it varies. Maybe 0-5 minutes a day for most of the year, with a few more concentrated period during the draft and when the Sandbox season starts and you're setting up your depth charts and game plans. Plus, during the Sandbox season you'll be checking on game results, so that's a bit of time. But it's fun time.
