Grunny on 810 now. He was just railing on Hunter and how bad he looked. The timing was funny because he was right in the middle of his commentary when they announced that Hunter had been cut. He said Winchester, at 240 lb, would have done a better job at Center. He was not kind to the offensive line at all. He said he would rate Schwartz as a very good player. And LDT has average. I was surprised he didn't have anything complimentary to say about Fisher.

Or maybe he just values stability? Veach really really really fucked up cutting him. Not just because we need him now, but how do you justify cutting him when DAT or Ryan Hunter is on the roster? How do you go from doing a good job filling in when Wylie got injured 2 weeks ago to being cut?

Exactly.

Hunter and Thomas have no business in the NFL. Allen has proven that he can be a solid starting LG and RT in the NFL.

I’d feel pretty comfortable with the OL if we had signed Wisnewski and Allen both and cut Hunter and Thomas.
