I was surprisingly calm during the debacle. I joked to my friends, but I was also dead serious, that in most years the Chiefs get a huge lead and then blow it. I actually felt surprisingly calm that "we got this."

Because this has been a bizarro season. Every time I expect the worst, that's exactly when we came through. I felt really damn good about this one because the way we started is EXACTLY the type of game we would have lost in the past.

I can't explain it. But this season just feels like everything has fallen into place at every turn.
