I feel like Mahomes is just the perfect embodiment of what Andy has always wanted in a QB. He just soaks in everything he can from Reid, processes it, and adds some flare.

I’m sure it didn’t start with him, but in my recollection, I remember Hosmer screaming it all the time during the ‘14/‘15 runs and that being the first time I recall it being a “thing”. Now, it’s all levels of all sports. Man, I’ll never forget my 8 year old, last flag season after he made a huge diving pull at the goal line in overtime, hopped up with both fists clenched and dropped a “Let’s goooo” in the loudest octave I’ve ever heard his voice reach. I was like “damn, he is starting to really get competition”

Couldn't have been him. I've been told multiple times by multiple CPers that Andy Reid doesn't know when to score fast in critical moments. Had to be EB in an Andy Reid suit.
