Football is a true team sport from #1 to #53 to the practice squad. The all contribute and are important, some just contribute in practice. If you don't have good scout teams you aren't going to be ready.

Very true. Plus, Williams has seen a little playing time the last few games since he has been healthy again. He's definitely not the best player in there, but you have to give him his due for contributing.
