Wear that ring proudly, my friend. Do the Chiefs win the Super Bowl without Matt’s gutsy come from behind win against the Vikings this year? The outlook for the year changed in a massive way after that win.

Maybe, but that W made things a lot easier for us.

I'm slightly sad he didn't get to take a knee in either of the postseason games to get a standing ovation from the crowd.

I fucking love that dude.

He best get one first.

He doesn't carry that .500 load we don't play in this game...

They should also have an extra ring made and send it to Ryan Fitzpatrick. Former and current Dolphins came up big for KC. Instead of Bye, Houston, Tennessee, the Chiefs would’ve been looking at playing Tennessee, at NE, and then at Baltimore or Houston.

going into the game i didn't know if he was number 2 or henne.

that said, i told myself if pat went down, and he had to go in (or henne), the outcome would have been the same. :D

(pipe dream i know, but i had faith in the rest of the roster) :thumb:

Did you guys ship a ring to Dee Ford last year?

Imagine the story he can tell his kids and grandkids.....

Hey...you know the first Super Bowl ring that Pat Mahomes won back in 2020....your old man/grandpa helped him that year. Really...I did. Then he goes to the safe in his house and unlocks it, gets his Super Bowl ring out and shows them.

Those are going to be great memories for him and his family.

On a similar note, I'm really glad Spencer Ware will get one. He gave us some really underrated play for a few years and then came back killed some people in pass protection. Happy for him.

I've read that anyone who played during the season for the team that wins the SB gets a ring. If that's true, that means DAT and Joey fucking Ivie get one.

Matt Moore deserves his, though. Going essentially 2-1 while Pat was hurt was huge.

I was curious as to who actually buys the rings, so I decided to look it up. According to Wikipedia the NFL buys up to 150 rings, approximately 5k per ring. Teams can basically give them to whoever they want (former players not on the roster included).

I vaguely remembered back in 2005 when Russian president Putin stole one of Kraft's superbowl rings. It's apparently still on display at the Kremlin. Fuck the cheating Patriots.
