Why does anyone give two shits whether the team goes to the WH or decides not to? Partly its because the media wants to write stories and get quotes about it for clicks and airtime. To add to this great post you would have the opportunity to voice your concerns to the president directly. I think it would be great for someone to go shake his hand and hand him a paper saying. It's very nice to meet you. I have some concerns, could you look into this?

So what if it falls on deaf ears....it’s not about how the President reacts to your issues, it’s about taking the opportunity to man up and air your concerns...

If you go, you at least have some % possibility that the President will listen and act...if you don’t go, there is 100% assuredly nothing will happen.
