Well damn. I liked that guy. His interviews were usually pretty interesting and a lot of fun. His interview with Robin Williams was an instant classic, the best Robin Williams interview and maybe the best impromptu stand-up performance I've ever seen.

RIP. Used to enjoy watching that show. Didn’t realize he was 93. Wow!
He was basically a fanboy who just classed it up.

Not sure how that took Sean Penn down a peg.
He started prattling on about how deep his work was, and the clip dissolved into laughter... that’s how
Penn is a fine actor, and also a self important boor... just like 99% of Hollywood’s other big stars

Yeah, it really wasn't about Penn, it was about Louis ridiculing the students of the Actor's Studio as deluding themselves that they would ever achieve anything just because they asked someone like Penn for insight.

Pimp Lipton. Pimp de Lipton? Whatever. It’s hilarious that he was a pimp. Of course in France.
