92 that’s a pretty full life. Pretty successful career.

Many of you probably never saw him perform with his wife, Anne Meara. One of the best comedy teams ever.

Young people on twitter making Ed Sullivan trend. Can't figure out how anything can be in Black and White. :D

Yeah, he was good on Seinfeld, but King of Queens is his masterwork. That's been my binge show of the pandemic.

Fourth plug for KoQ. I would watch that with my dad all the time, and we still make Arthur Spooner references any chance we get. Never saw too much Seinfeld though.

I never watched it in its first run. There were a bunch of similar blue-collar shows on during that time period, and most of them were pretty bad. I threw King of Queens into that group and ignored it. I only discovered it a couple of years ago, and it's pretty darn funny. Arthur Spooner may be the best part of it, too. You seldom come across a TV character who's truly unique.

Same here. Every time I'm thinking about ordering pizza for dinner, I yell at my wife, "I want PIZZA!" just like Arthur in that episode where Doug was using Arthur to get what he wanted.

KOQ is very underrated.
Did you know:

He was on only 26 episodes of Seinfeld vs 200+ of King of Queens?

"Frank Costanza" didn't appear on Seinfeld until season 4, and it was a different actor? (the one where the gang parks in a handicapped parking spot) Stiller took over in Season 5.
When the show went into syndication for reruns they re-shot the scenes with Frank so Stiller would be in the episode.
