9 laterals and 1.5 fumbles.

The lateral pass is the future of football.

It's just surprising we didn't lose a playoff game like that. Pretty sure if we had drafted Trubisky, that would've been the outcome.

#2 had the laziest effort I've ever witnessed during a live play. If he just gives any effort and lays on the ball game over. Almost so bad you'd think it was an actor working for the winning team.

Edit: maybe the other kid hit it away on 2nd watch... lol, what a crazy ending

That was legit! Most of those plays have at least 1 borderline illegal forward pass, but that was legal af, yo!

if you come off the sideline to tackle someone what is the penalty?

I was going to look it up, but I deleted the trauma database earlier this year.

sorry I missed that earlier
it looks like a football game turned into aus. rule football.
Nothing better than watching kids with heart play the game they love.
The refs body language is priceless!

The offense is awarded a touchdown. It’s a hell of a penalty, but if it wasn’t a hell of a penalty it would happen more often.

Hehe.

Yea, there was some chatter in the twitter thread about a possible illegal fumble forward.

I don’t know the rule very well.

Wait, is this a rule in the nfl? I’m assuming the fouled Party can decline? Or is an auto touchdown?

Would be a funny play to call. Send out the entire team to tackle the ball carrier in those late game situations where it’s actually beneficial to let the offense score a touchdown in order to get the ball back.

A man can dream...

Especially if a player plays madden and they understand the game better than Herm or Romeo go out there and tackle a guy

Palpably unfair act.
