Yup. Was a disaster at tackle but was happy with him at guard. I was bummed out when we lost him last year.

Certainly don’t think it’s much if any of a drop off from Osemele this year to that version of Rankin. But it might take him some time to really get back to that level.

I’m sure he’d be there by the playoffs, though.

Hoping he didnt lose "it" like that turd we traded for Ward after his broken leg. Eghringer (sp)

In Houston he was terrible at Tackle - like nearly worst in the league. But in KC he was decent to good at Guard for the limited time he was able to play. The guy is athletic for a big dude, and that may really be worth something to the offense in what he is able to do at guard.
