Hide your women and your wives, people (https://www.chiefsplanet.com/BB/showpost.php?p=15282378&postcount=9).

I was actually pretty amazed looking at Witzmann's career. Look at this:

That's stupendous. That's nearly a third of the league this guy has played for.

Anybody here have that kind of crazy job insecurity? Tell us your stories.

He's played for a lot of teams. He's the offensive line version of Fitzpatrick.

He's Witzmagic.

He was still better than Cam ****ing Erving

I was feeling sorry for Cam last week. He seems like a nice guy, and at one point apparently Andy Dalton was screaming at him before Andy lost consciousness.

I was really expecting to get some thumbs up for that Witzmagic nickname. Maybe my timing was off.

Its either a tough crowd tonight or we are still puzzled about that dying mouse on your throw rug. It could be both.

The mouse assassin found the dying mouse story to be perplexing as well. She had no explanation and she's an expert in killing mice.

Some positives of the Bryan Witzmann signing.

1. Good to have plenty of offensive linemen on roster. Some teams are struggling because of injury and COVID-19 protocol. If a team has several injuries, it is almost impossible to sign a player and have them available for the next week's game. Just ask the Cincinnati Bengals. Chiefs will have eight (8) healthy offensive linemen on 53 man roster, Austin Reiter, Danny Isidora, Daniel Kilgore, Eric Fisher, Nick Allegretti, Mike Remmers, Andrew Wylie, and Yasir Durant. They will have Mitchell Schwartz with a bad back and Martinas Rankin still working his way back from injury. They will have Darryl Williams and Bryan Witzmann on the PS and ready to be called up if needed.

2. Witzmann has good size at 6'7", 320 pounds and 33 3/4" arms and is a decent athlete. He ran a 5.15 40 yard dash on his Pro Day.

3. He's played in 39 NFL games, with 20 game starts, and has been with Kansas City Chiefs in 2016 and 2017 and the Bears in 2018 (Matt Nagy's first season with 12-4 record).

4. He has played for Andy Heck and Harry Hiestand (Bears) as his offensive line coach.

5. Better to have PS offensive linemen playing offensive line on game day rather than asking backup TEs to man the position.

The Cincinnati Bengals are struggling this week to have enough offensive linemen for their game against the Titans.

They have injured starting center Trey Hopkins (concussion), left tackle Jonah Williams (neck), and right tackle Bobby Hart (knee).

Last week they traded for guard/center B.J. Finney and signed to their Practice Squad guard Quinton Spain. Both are playing in tomorrow's game.

For the game the Bengals will have Finney and Spain plus backup c/g Billy Price (0 starts for 2020), rookie (KU) Hakeem Adeniji (7 offensive snaps), Fred Johnson (2 starts in 2020), Keaton Sutherland (4 games in 2019, 0 games 2020), Alex Redmond (4 games 2020), and PS callup Shaq Calhoun (10 games 2019, 0 games 2020).

The instruction for the game is go out and do your best and try to get in somebodies way.

That is going to be rough!

Makes you thankful we have better team management than the Bengals.

Did not really see a good thread to add this to so, I will slap it in here since it talks about Practice Squad.

Currently Chiefs have Gehrig Dieter, Maurice Ffrench, Jody Fortson, and Chad Williams all signed as WRs to the practice squad. Eagles just dropped WR/TE Hakeem Butler. I'd like to see us drop one of our WRs on PS and sign Hakeem Butler. Butler played at Iowa State and is 6' 5 3/8", 227 pounds, 35 1/4" arm, 10 3/4" hands and runs 40 in 4.48.

I'd like to see what KC could do with him.

I would think not. With Long out they need JAG to play late in Preseason games. He'll do.
