Looks like I’m using Sunday Ticket this weekend.. Eastern Iowa is stuck with the garbage Chi v Hou matchup.

Yeah, that kind of makes it worse because I didn't expect to see it televised anywhere in Arizona.

Figured it would be a shit day for football, but Crackstreams has been reliable and high quality.

I'm mystified as to why we get Indy/LV. Seriously. Why? The rest of north TX gets the Chiefs.

EDIT: Just realized its because the Cowgirls are on at noon and Indy/LV are the late game. Can't have Mahomes drawing those fickle Dallas fans away from the riveting matchup against Cinci

Whew. Thank you Seahawks. DirecTV and our local CBS channel are having a pissing match so the channel is off, meaning if the Chiefs are on the local CBS, I can't watch it even on Sunday Ticket (that rule is so fucking stupid). The Seahawks save me this week but I'm worried about next week.

Dallas area is getting Indy vs LV instead of the Chiefs game. That's weird.

FOX has the doubleheader this week so CBS can only show one game per market and they cannot show a game if a market’s home team is playing at the same time (Arizona at NY Giants is the early game on FOX so that prevents CBS from showing any games in the early slot in Arizona).

I guess that explains the Dallas situation too.

I'd rather get a preview of the Saints and let Alex Smith go out on top so to speak and never watch him again.

Why thank you seahawks? CBS isn't showing an early game in the Seahawks demographic, right?

Seahawks vs Jets instead of Chiefs vs Miami. What a disaster.

My NFL viewing this week:
Thursday Night: New England @ LA Rams (FOX/NFLN)
Sunday Noon: Chiefs @ Dolphins (CBS)
Sunday Afternoon: Colts @ Raiders (CBS)
Sunday Night: Pittsburgh @ Buffalo (NBC)
Monday Night: Baltimore @ Cleveland (ESPN)

That's not a bad weekend of football.
Throw in the Georgia @ Mizzou game on Saturday & it will be a great weekend.

Yeah, being in Denver that's probably an issue.

For me being in central Iowa, every game has either been on CBS, FOX, Hulu, or ESPN+ except for one which I had to stream thru a website.

I miss having red zone when we play on Monday or Sunday night 7 hours of commercial free football was hard to give up but directv charges way to much for it

With the Seahawks on CBS this week, it keeps the Chiefs game from being on the local network, which means it won't be blacked out on Sunday Ticket. It just applies to my shitty situation, where DirecTV isn't showing the local CBS channel but still blacks out the game on Sunday Ticket if the game is shown on the local channel. Sorry for others in the PNW that don't get the game.

Iowa is almost all Chiefs now.

There’s a Buffalo Wild Wings just off 35 on TX-114.

It’s across the street from the Texas Speedway.

My nephew has taken me to it when I’ve visited him. Nice place.

LOL

I'm in Austin. Usually the Texans are on. Not this week. Chiefs, Baby!

Quite remarkable though: in Austin and San Antonio, decent markets close to Houston, the Texans are an afterthought and Chiefs have priority on TV.

That's what I'm wondering, too. Do we not get the early game on CBS cause of the cowboys?

One of the things that I find interesting on these each week is the updates by Sunday:

UPDATES:
San Antonio and Austin TX; Cedar Rapids IA: HOU-CHI to KC-MIA (Fri)
Fresno and Palm Springs CA: KC-MIA to IND-LV (Fri)
Bangor ME: MIN-TB to AZ-NYG (Fri)
Wheeling WV: DAL-CIN to AZ-NYG (Fri)
Monroe LA: MIN-TB to DAL-CIN (Fri)
Albany NY; Spokane, Yakima and Kennewick WA: NO-PHI to WSH-SF (Fri)
Eugene OR: ATL-LAC to WSH-SF (Fri)
Lafayette IN: GB-DET to NO-PHI (Fri)
Phoenix and Tucson AZ: WSH-SF to NO-PHI (Thu)
Louisville KY; all Alaska: NO-PHI to GB-DET (Thu)

I assume that a lot of people were phoning their tv stations & complaining.

Same here in Texarkana (even though the station is Shreveport). Odd to have KC instead of HOU.

Looks to be a prime time AFC North showdown this weekend and Monday. Good games. Late Sunday afternoon, not so much.
