Clyde Edwards-Helaire playing in front of Family and Friends in Louisiana. Should we expect a Big Game from him ?

I think we're gonna see some extra attention paid to running the ball regardless. With our top 3 tackles likely out and the Saints giving up 250 on the ground a week ago, running the ball a bit more than usual makes sense to be on the menu.

But it's a good point, Scooter. That never crossed my mind.

Is he playing in front of anyone at the stadium?? I thought that the Saints were one of the teams forced to go without any fans? And, with Covid protocols, I don't think that they can even get together with hi while he's in town, can they?

Doesn't he need an o-line?

Even if they showcase him in the throw game, he still needs an o-line.

On the other hand, maybe Wally goes with a 3TE group for the run and max-protect for the pass ...

If that's the case, maybe he will have an opportunity to shine.

I don't know why they give him more targets in the passing game? Make a LB cover him.

I believe that I read somewhere that they're going to allow 3,000-5,000 fans into the Dome for the game.

Well, except the Saints gave up 250 yds on the ground last week. 100 to a QB.

Since I highly doubt Andy wants Patrick to run 100 yds, it's likely that we'll see CEH/Bell get a few extra carries, especially late in the game if we have a double digit lead at some point.

Great point about CEH in Louisiana in front of family
I wonder how much family he can get in there since they kind of capped attendance in the covid-dome

Mathieu has only played at the Saints once. In his rookie year

Probably going to do a lot better than that piece of shit Johnathan Taylor, that’s for sure.

Hard to impress the fambam with bums off the street blocking for you against a pretty decent defense.

Dude is small....needs an OL.

We dont have an OL capable of run blocking wortha shit, and he can't push a pile.

"Dude" isn't small at all. Compares favorably with pretty much every starting RB in the league with the exception of guys like Henry.

He weighs exactly the same as Dalvin Cook.

How did the Chiefs rush for 245 yards against Buffalo? The OL looked like the 2003 Chiefs in that game. They also looked good against Houston the first week.

Outside of those two games, it's been hard to watch them attempt to run. CEH is a rookie and will make mistakes, but I blame the line more than him on most of these plays.

I have been disappointed with him this year. He gets the yards he is supposed to get but doesn't do anything to warrant a first round pick.

The Chiefs average 4.5 ypc over the season.

This whole discussion is silly. This is a Mahomes team and people are fretting over the running backs.

With our OL, I don’t think we can judge him at this point.

The question is.... if we had not drafted CEH, would Williams still opted out? If he would have opted out, we would have been screwed this year.

If he had played, then I think we did waste a pick.

There’s probably no way to know though, what Damien would have done without CEH.

In the end mahomes can get the job done every else in the team just has to not be totally shitty
