I did it for the superbowl and did it again for the season opener against the Texans. Then I broke a little and got updates during the chargers game which we nearly lost. Yeah, the Browns have been pretty inconsistent all season... beat the Colts, didn't show up to the Steelers, bounced back, lost again. Beat the Titans, lost to the Ravens, bounced back, lost again.

They knew the Steelers were done and there was blood in the water... coming into the defending Champs' house is a different story. They could certainly come in firing on all cylinders, but I think it's more likely they're tight.



What I really want is for the Chiefs to put to rest all of the "not winning by enough" and "rusty for the playoffs" bullshit.... so much of the fear out there is due to pre-Mahomes shit teams.

Those teams didn't beat teams by enough points or whatever because -- shocker -- they weren't very good. This team has been waiting to get back to the playoffs all season. If anything, they might come out a bit too hyped up, but I'm really thinking they'll start the game like they did against the Bucs (of course, that doesn't automatically mean it'll be 17-0 in the first quarter).

1) The Browns aren't boring at all. They're inconsistent, but it's entertaining.

2)The Chiefs were getting into some bad habits offensively. It was probably a better idea to nip that in the bud before the play-offs and get back to the fundamentals of this offense.

3)The Chiefs were also a walking mash unit. Much better idea to get everyone as healthy as possible and ready to go for this 3 game stretch.

4)Browns defense outside of Garrett (and Ward) is pretty bad. They're terrible against TE's. Their 2nd CB is Terrance Mitchell. Remember him? Chiefs are going to score points.

Anyone else have superstitions? Last year in the playoffs I started to not watch the game live and just check the score after it was over. I did it for the superbowl and did it again for the season opener against the Texans. Then I broke a little and got updates during the chargers game which we nearly lost. Went back to it for the Ravens game but then broke once more and got updates during the raiders game that we lost. Since that day I have stayed strong and not followed a single chiefs game live. I know superstitions are dumb but the last 15 games that I have not gotten updates or watched the game we have won. I'm struggling today but I know it has to be done for the sake of the kingdom lol :D ...let's go Chieefffsss.

One thing that isn't really being talked about....

Each time that we played a big game in the last couple years, the Defense has come up huge....getting stops when needed and shutting down certain aspects of the other team's game / strategy.

Yet all we hear is how the offenses are going to put up huge scoring numbers, Pat v. Baker college games, etc.

I think our Defense comes out and establishes some dominance in this game....shuts down the run and frazzles Baker all game long. If they can do that, Baker will make some mistakes along the way.....

And of course, our O gets there, because at the end of the day, the Browns can't really stop anyone, have no answer for Hill or Kelce, and we have the best QB on the planet

Anyone else have superstitions? Last year in the playoffs I started to not watch the game live and just check the score after it was over. I did it for the superbowl and did it again for the season opener against the Texans. Then I broke a little and got updates during the chargers game which we nearly lost. Went back to it for the Ravens game but then broke once more and got updates during the raiders game that we lost. Since that day I have stayed strong and not followed a single chiefs game live. I know superstitions are dumb but the last 15 games that I have not gotten updates or watched the game we have won. I'm struggling today but I know it has to be done for the sake of the kingdom lol :D ...let's go Chieefffsss.

I’ve got a Rollin with Mahomes shirt which is my lucky shirt. Only 2 games I didn’t wear it this season was Faders game 1, and Chargers week 17 both losses. Also have a lucky Chiefs cup that needs to have alcohol in it, and a lucky hat. Just got home from doing a little work at my daughters house, and about to shower and get my lucky stuff going.
