Al Lang weekend events update:

Yes, we have tickets available for both days.
Gates to the event open at 4:30 pm on Saturday and 4:00 pm on Sunday.
As per the stadium rules, you can’t bring in coolers, alcohol or your own chairs.
No tickets available at the gate. You can purchase before arriving at the gate.
Bags/purses will be searched by TB Rays stadium security just like your entering an NFL stadium. They decide what gets in, not us. In general it a good assumption, if you can't bring it into Arrowhead, assume the TB Rays wont allow it in either,
The full service bars will be open and ready when the gates open. Water and soft drinks will be complimentary.
No cash can be used anywhere in the stadium as per the local Covid regulations.
You can go in and out of the venue.
Seating is a first come, first seated basis in the stadium seats and on the field. Tables and chairs are set up on the field. 10 person tables can only seat 5 unless you are in a "pod" and know each other. Then you can seat more.
In case of rain, we can go into the stadium concourse until it passes. The game will be on the monitors in the concourse.
Media from KC will be broadcasting live and coming and going both days. You dont want to talk to them, just say no thanks.
You must wear a mask at all times in the venue. If you are seated at your table, or in the stadium seats and social distanced you can remove the mask. This is a city/county/state/stadium mandated policy. You can be removed from the event by TB Rays security if this is violated. Multiple violations by our members, they can end the event and send us all home.
Each person entering on both days will be given a mask and their own personal hand sanitizer upon entry. You can wear that mask or wear your own mask that you brought with you.

We will be giving 25 front line health care workers free tickets on each day of our events. They have worked their tails off during this pandemic to help save us, our families.

Maybe giving them a brief respite to eat some fantastic KC BBQ, share a drink with Chief fans and listen to some music will let them know we appreciate their sacrifice to help us get through this pandemic.

Weather Policy

Like the Super Bowl, our event is rain or shine.

All venues - bars, restaurants, lot parties - will be dealing with the same weather issues, as they are utilizing outside spaces as well. The stadium policy is just like that of the Super Bowl’s. It allows for guests to stay on field and in the stands for rain. If lightning’s detected, guests have to move into the concourses until it passes. Sets will be showing the game in there as well. We are at an advantage over many of the venues as we actually have the space to get you out of the rain.

"Official" menu items confirmed to feed 3500 Chief fans,

If any of you are in the area I would highly recommend doing this! My wife and I did the party on Saturday night at the Dave and Buster's and it was so much fun! Got to meet some Planeteers, play some games, and eat some great food. Well worth the time and money!!!

My son and I did as well and it was great to meet many of you...

Was going to go to the hockey game Friday night if we came down, but there are no fans allowed at this time... Anything else going on in Tampa? I don't think they have the fan experience or many of the parties because of covid?

Hmmm. I will be in Key West that morning headed home to Indiana that afternoon. The wife and I joked about flying into Tampa that afternoon instead and watching the game at a bar and missing work on Monday. Need to look into changing flights and finding a hotel

I don't think they have the fan experience or many of the parties because of covid?yes, they are having the NFL experience but that’s about it. They’d planned to have about 2 miles of stuff along the river walk but Covid killed that.

Right now, we are the only ones having a party for more than 100 people. It’s hard to find outdoor spaces in highly populated city. We had to rent a whole damn stadium to get enough space.

We will be rolling Red and showing our Chiefs pride at this Red Friday bash at Caddys on the beach.

For those out of towners, this is a bar actually on Sunset Beach. You can sit on the beach, Put your toes in the sand and watch the beautiful sunset.
Chief fans will have the upper deck reserved just for us. It will be free. As long as we fill it up before 5:30 pm, it will just be Chief fans.

There is a public beach access alongside Caddy's. You can bring your own chair and enjoy the beach, sunset and hanging out with your fellow Chief fans for free.

I think this beach allows fires after the sunset crowd clears out too? I'll check.

Chairs and Cabannas will be available to rent from Caddy;s, Pricing to be announce soon.

The only drawback about this place is there are parking limitations. If their small parking lot is full, there is a a parking valet service across the street. Last time I was there it was $5.

You can go from the pinic tables, to the rooftop, to the beach at will. There is no cover charge and no reserved seating..... welll except for us on the rooftop.

For those out of towners, this is a bar actually on Sunset Beach. You can sit on the beach, Put your toes in the sand and watch the beautiful sunset. Its a very popular hang out and is always busy,

We have the 80 spots on the rooftop deck reserved for us. But, its a first come first serve restaurant that doesn't take reservations. Its on Sunset Beach so its usually real busy on Friday night. Get there as early as can or want to, you been warned.

There is a public beach, you can bring your own chairs and sit on the beach, bring your own refreshments or go up to the bar and get one, You can take drinks from the bar onto the beach. They are in plastic cups,

Caddys website hours are wrong. The restaurant closes at 10:00 pm. The bar is open to midnight. The public beach in front of Caddy's is open really late if it ever closes.
