This is exactly as it should be. By September vaccines will available to anyone in the entire country who wants them and any sort of remaining restrictions should be lifted. At some point, you just have to let the people who want to participate in a real human society do so. Anyone who chooses to remain isolated to is welcome to stay in their apartment and order Grub Hub for the rest of their lives and nobody will give them a hard time about it.

Any local governments who try and stop the teams from selling as many tickets as possible should also be subject to having the team move out of the city for the season to an area that will allow them to operate their business.
