Who is Cincy's LT? Although Chase is a stud they need to protect Burrow more. Sewell would be a much better pick for them.

The Bengals signed Riley Reiff and while he's certainly not a Pro Bowler, a smart team would take Chase.

The Bengals can grab a left tackle with their early second round pick but they're not getting a Jamar Chase type of WR talent in that spot.

Plus, he and Burrow already have excellent chemistry, which makes it a no-brainer.

Simms go through concerns with his throwing motion and how it is very inconsistent, talked about how Mahomes is unconventional but his throws always find the same lane, and fields is all over the place. Not sure if he falls, but that was his reasoning.

I don't doubt teams have questions about his ability to produce in the NFL. The reality is that this is a QB driven league and some team is going to take a chance on him. There are a lot of teams drafting Top 15 (roughly 8 that I can see) that could use a QB and I would not hold it past any of them to roll the dice on Fields.

Yeah, I don't think he gets past 15. However, depending on what happens at 3, he might fall out of the top 10.

If Shanahan gets his Mac, Fields likely falls. If the SF scouting department wins and Lance goes 3, I think Field is the 4th QB off the board and it's actually Mac Jones that falls.

Also Miami traded Flowers and said Robert Hunt is moving to guard they basically opened up that they're going OT at 6.

I imagine Atlanta - if they don't like Justin Fields - would probably trade back to middle of round 1 and also grab an additional 2nd or 3rd round pick. Could see Denver, New England or Washington trying to jump ahead and grabbing a QB

Wasn't he diagnosed with some level of epilepsy? A QB from a school with a history of producing not so great NFL quarterbacks with a potential medical concern? I could easily see him sliding. I haven't followed the draft like I normally do, but it does seem like NE is in on him. I would be very surprised if he went top 10.

Oh yeah, I forgot about the epilepsy. I guess it depends on the team evals.

I personally wouldn't draft him at all, but that's just me. I hate tOSU QB's. Of course, I don't like Bama QB's either and wouldn't draft Mac Jones.

Bateman was never projected as a 1st round pick till recently so if he goes in the 2nd i wouldnt call it a "drop" per se.
