(Looks at our Super Bowl trophy that is now being stored in Tampa.)

(Long silent pause.)

Congratulations.

So let me get this straight.
LDT won an award for doing a very similar thing that the person the award was named after did. Oh, the irony.

Meh, he did what his conscience dictated he do... he alone wouldn't have made that much difference anyway, he'd have been outmatched by that front 7 just like everyone else

Look at it like this, his absence showed Veach the necessity of going out and grabbing Trey Smith... so Larry can now enjoy his award from the bench

It took a lot of guts to walk away from guaranteed millions (US, no less) to put his life on the line to serve his fellow countrymen. A well desreved honor.

Orderly in a LTC facility is shitty(pun intended) job , you would have to pay me millions to do it, him doing for the opt out fee while losing millions , well he is better than me .

Hopefully he helps Mahomes practice better social distancing habits this season

Plays for defense and would not be serviceable for the offensive line we need fatties.

LDT's opt-out decision certainly worked out better than Damien Williams' did.

So it wasn't Frank Clark?

It's easy to get them mixed up. Frank won the Mike Tyson Humanitarian Award.
