Which leaves Chiefs/Bills as the opener I'd imagine? With an outside chance of the Chargers?

I feel like this is said every year. Last year we had a brutal schedule playing our first 8 games against playoff teams, something that has never happened before.

We started 6-2 and ended up losing only 3 games by a combined 10 points LMAO

It will be harder than last year, but our 3 toughest games (Bills, Bengals, Eagles) are all at home. We’ll have to see the schedule but we know 12 wins is the floor with Andy and Patrick

I think Nick made a good point that Bills, Bengals and Eagles don’t need to be the week 1 opponent bc no matter who we play will draw big numbers due o it being the opener and only game that day. Could really see them trying to give Denver early prime time games in case it didn’t work out like last year.

Oh well. We know how hard it is to play us in the opener when we have a bunch of new shit that nobody has seen. I’d love to beat their ass and show our banner the same day

I think it takes one more year for a slight regression. They lost a few pieces on defense, but largely prepared for it last year. Theyve been pretty solid drafting, solid enough theyre propping up a mediocre coach imo.

With the Ravens being improved (assuming Jackson isn’t on the IR by then), Browns being better, Miami being better (Tua same as Jackson) and Jets being better, that is a very realistic scenario.
