I think it's strange when you see average fans wearing these replica rings... hell, even just owning them is strange to me. Knew a guy that bought one when Denver won their first, dude wore the damn thing everywhere for like 8 months.

I think I missed my window to get a real one.

I was wondering why people buy the reproductions too, because I wouldn't ever wear one, other than maybe to a game as part of standard Chiefs regalia. But I guess they're a fun thing for a display shelf.

Everyone that works for the team or played during the year. There are different levels. Marketing or sales get an option to have like a 6k ring. There's just flips up though. No pendant or same amount of diamonds.

I'll say this from experience. The paperweight rings are usually pretty cool. They got substantially bigger from 2015 Royals to 2020 Chiefs. But for less than $200 to have it on your desk, it's awesome.
