I really don't understand how that guy has been moved around so much. He's better than half the starting QBs in this league without question and he's treated like he's Matt Barkley. I think the Vikings are going to really give him a chance to shine for the first time and I expect him to be starting for them next year with a high pick brought in for competition.

O'Connell is being asked to do enough to get the win. He's a rookie who didn't get all of training camp being number 1. He's also working with a rookie coach and coordinator.

I think he has a chance to succeed at some level of QB in this league. And that level isn't known yet.
