Where will you be watching the Chiefs game this Sunday?

I’ve been going to the same sports bar in Tempe for four seasons now. They have a special area set aside for Chiefs fans, although attendence has dropped a bit in recent years. Still, we turn out ten or fifteen hardcore fans every week. Unless the game is on free TV, of course. Then I watch from the luxury skybox in my living room (cheaper drinks).

Anyway, unless you get a better offer, try The Derby Grill & Pub this Sunday. It’s at the SE corner of Rural and Guadalupe. The Chiefs section is way in the back, past the smoking patio. Look for me, I’ll be wearing Chiefs colors.

I don't live there, but I did visit family there this past summer. We were in the northern part of PHX, a short ditance from that ballpark in Peoria. The one where Seattle has spring training. We went to Tonapah for a wedding. That's some desolate country, out that way. We got a good laugh as we were driving down from Flag. One sign saying to watch out for falling rocks, another for elk, and another for runaway trucks. Hell, there wasn't any time left over to watch the road.

The most entertaining one of all was when after about a month or two as a poster... he only had 100 posts. At that point I told him he'd pass Phobia for all time leading poster like 100 years from now or something. From that point forward, he's averaged something around 328 posts per day... :)
