It IS the personell. We are SO lacking players with speed, athleticism, and most of all....smarts...on D. Is it too much to ask to draft players aka Sean Taylor who are studs at their position? For three seasons now...our players have been too slow and suckered into looking stupid. I look at what Vilma did in NY today as an example of a rookie who can make a difference. I'm tired of us trying to outscore opponents. We're the antithesis of Baltimore....they must hate their offence like we hate our defence.
